As Founder, Owner, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kirtreas has a passion and commitment in servicing and providing services and opportunities to others.

Kirtreas has over 18 years’ experience working in the Non-Profit Industry. Kirtreas’ areas of expertise includes Human Resources, Grant Writing, Grant Management, Organizational Management, Financial Management and Payroll Administration. She has secured and administered multi-million dollars in grant management and funding.

Kirtreas has worked as the Chief Executive Officer for a national youth development organization. She currently serves as the Executive Director for a Federal Government Agency - Non-Profit Corporation.

Kirtreas has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Services with a concentration in Social Work. She earned a certification in Executive Leadership and completed the Master’s Degree studies in Social and Community Services.
